BC Partners has entered into an agreement to become a partner in a new construction project in the municipality of Mijas.

The investment comprises a plot of 4,500 m2 and a permitted building area of ​​2,600 m2.
The total saleable area including terraces and basement amounts to approximately 4,500 m2.
The project is under design and the total project value is estimated at just over €13 million.
